Tammy has been in the mortgage industry in the Southern Indiana market for over twenty-eight years. Through the course of her career, Tammy has originated and funded well over 350 million in cumulative fundings, making her one of the top producers in Southern Indiana market.
Tammy began in the mortgage industry in 1984, as a loan processor. After just three short years, she obtained her FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriting and VA Underwriting designations and worked as a Regional Underwriter for 10 years.
In 1998 Tammy became a producing Branch Manager at Countrywide Home Loans and consistently earned the Circle of Excellence top producer award. At that time Tammy managed a full branch staff of 17 employees and 2 satellite offices.
In 2007 Tammy joined First Horizon Home Loans which subsequently became MetLife Home Loans, where Tammy also excelled and earned the President’s Council award year in and year out.
What made these sales awards most significant was the small size of her Southern Indiana market, as well as her relatively small loan balances. Year after year Tammy was one of the Top Originators in her market with loan amounts that averaged less than $125,000!

Susie comes to us from Anderson, Indiana by way of Ball State University. She had the typical start in the mortgage business in 1991 as a loan processor for Bank One. She quickly moved into the loan officer position where she rose to her star status amassing numerous production awards. She became known for her impeccable customer service and gained the trust of the top agents in the Southern Indiana real estate market. After 22 years in the business she and Tammy Ferguson decided to set their own course and form Magnolia Mortgage.
